With Muriel under the heater of the Terrasse du 17... Avec Muriel sous le radiateur de la Terrasse du 17...

Today has been an horrible bicycle day: I broke the rear wheel axle of my bicycle just over the river: had to carry it up to the office (at least 30 minutes of walk). Then at lunch time I have bough a new wheel in Decatlhon superstore (the small bicycle store asked me 57 euros to fix it! almost twice the price I have paid for the bicycle!) but then I did not succeed to change it, so back to Decathlon (using Velib to carry the wheels). At Decatlhon the guy explained me that my stuff was too old and indicated me a store close to the Porte Maillot, where the guy was kind enough to unlock the stuff for free! Then back to the office, then I changed the wheel but then I notice that I had no pump: so again 30 minute of walking until I found another Decatlhon to buy a pump! Exhausted! Arrived around 9pm at home.

Ca a été une journée horrible sur le plan vélo: j'ai cassé l axe arrière de ma roue ce matin juste sur le Pont Royal au dessus de la Seine. Du coup 30 minutes de marche à trainer le vélo. Puis le petit magasin à coté du taf me demande 57euros pour réparer (le double du prix du vélo). Du coup j achète une roue chez Decathlon mais je n arrive pas à changer les pignons, re retour chez Decathlon qui me dit que ma roue est trop vieille et m envoie chez Velo Oxygen a coté de la porte Maillot. Là le gars est assez sympa pour me devisser le truc gratuitement. Je reviens au taf, change la roue et là, pas de pompe! Du coup re 30 minutes de marche à pied jusqu au Decathlon de la Madeleine pour acheter une pompe. Suis revenu à 9h00 à la maison.
