Leaving Paris for Normandy. I was too tired yesterday to drive so we wake up early to make the most of this Easter weekend!
On quitte Paris pour la Normandie. J'étais trop crevé hier pour conduire alors on s'est reveillé tôt pour profiter du weekend de Pâques au vert!

Nothing to do with the picture but following a friend request here is my tiramisu recipe:

36 " biscuits in the spoon " at least
2cl whiskey
4 cups down very strong coffee
250g mascarpone
150g sugar
5 eggs
Cocoa Van Houten (bitter cocoa)

1) Separate the whites of the yellow
2) Mix yellow + half of the sugar
3) Beat the mascarpone in cream (approximately 5mn) and add it in (2)
4) Whisk the egg white in very firm snow with the rest of the sugar
5) Incorporate the whites + sugar by liftingwith a spatula
6) Add the whiskey to the coffee
7) In a big lasagne dish: a layer of biscuits soaked with " coffee whiskey " (tighten the biscuits), then a layer of cream and sprinkle with Van Houten - Begin again
8) Refrigerator 1 night
9) Before serving, re - to sprinkle with cocoa

Rien à voir avec la photo, mais à la demande d'un ami voilà ma recette de tiramisu:

36 « biscuits à la cuillère » au moins
2cl whisky
4 tasses café très fort
250g mascarpone
150g sucre
5 œufs
Cacao Van Houten (cacao amer)

1) Séparer les blancs des jaunes
2) Mélanger jaunes + moitié du sucre
3) Battre le mascarpone en crème (environ 5mn) et l’ajouter au (2)
4) Monter les blancs en neige très ferme avec le reste du sucre
5) Incorporer les (blancs + sucre) en soulevant avec une spatule
6) Ajouter le whisky au café
7) Dans un grand plat à lasagne: une couche de biscuits imbibés de « café whiskey » (serrer les biscuits), puis une couche de crème et saupoudrer de Van Houten - Recommencer
8) Frigo 1 nuit
9) Avant de servir, re-saupoudrer de cacao
